We certify organisations in effective reputation health governance
Regulators and shareholders demand the protection of an organisations reputation. The ASX Corporate Governance Council amended their policies and guidelines in February 2019 to stipulate that all listed entities ‘preserve and protect their reputation and standing in the community with key stakeholders, such as customers, employees, suppliers, creditors, law makers and regulators.’
Our corporate reputation health certification is designed to recognise effective reputation governance. We assess the fundamental elements of reputation management and governance (insights, positioning, internal and external risk assessment) before working with organisations to comply with regulatory standards and shareholder expectations.
Reputation health governance certification provides executive teams, boards and shareholders with confidence in the way in which corporate reputation health is managed. Typically we issue reputation health governance certification for inclusion in AGM presentations and Annual Reporting.
