Change Leader of the Year Award (Individual)

This award showcases an individual who has displayed outstanding leadership in promoting social, environmental and/or ethical behaviour within their chosen field. In doing so, the individual has acted as a powerful change agent, encouraging others to consider how they, too, can lead organisations in becoming more active corporate citizens.

Company of the Year Award

This award recognises a company that is a leading corporate citizen as demonstrated by their sustained commitment to socially and environmentally responsible actions and initiatives, both within and beyond the workplace.

Emerging Change Leader of the Year Award (Individual) (Under 35)

This award showcases an individual under the age of 35 who has displayed outstanding leadership in promoting social, environmental and/or ethical behaviour within their chosen field. In doing so, the individual has acted as a powerful change agent, encouraging others to consider how they, too, can lead organisations in becoming more active corporate citizens.

 

Climate Change Action Award

 This award acknowledges exemplary corporate leadership and action to combat climate change. This is more than incorporating positive environmental practice into your organisation.

Community Building Award

This award recognises an organisation who has built effective partnerships to strengthen Australian communities, with a particular focus on projects or programs that have enhanced community services and wellbeing.

Green Business Award

This award highlights an organisation that has set a new benchmark for environmental stewardship in the corporate sector. This may encompass innovative products, projects, practices, interventions, partnerships and/or investments that have created a more sustainable environment and, thus, a healthier planet for all.

Employer of the Year Award

This award champions an organisation that has shown exceptional commitment to furthering the wellbeing of their employees, both within and beyond the workplace. In doing so, the organisation has demonstrated what the workplace of tomorrow could look like and challenged other employers to follow their lead.

 

Innovation of the Year Award

This award recognises a socially and/or environmentally innovative product, project or program that has demonstrated what it means to be an effective corporate citizen. The Award focuses, in particular, on how organisations might use technology to positively impact the environment and/or community.

 

 Corporate Volunteering Award

This award acknowledges an organisation that is delivering positive change and shaping a better tomorrow through corporate volunteering.

 

Education Excellence Award

This award showcases an organisation that has excelled in educating those beyond their workplace (e.g. the general public or a specific population group) with a view to creating a better tomorrow. This may include education programs and campaigns targeting relevant social and environmental issues such as health and nutrition, sustainable living, employability skills, diversity and inclusion, and so on.

 

Philanthropy Award

This award acknowledges an organisation that is delivering positive change and shaping a better tomorrow through corporate volunteering.

 

Diversity Award

This award recognises an organisation that is championing equality of opportunity within and/or beyond the workplace. This may encompass programs and initiatives designed to improve the lives of vulnerable and/or minority population groups including indigenous Australians, people experiencing homelessness, refugee and migrant populations, people with a disability, veterans, and victims of family or domestic violence.
