Overview :

In 2016 Australia’s leading health and care brand Bupa sought to capture the future health insurance needs of Australians and develop environments and services that demonstrated Bupa’s desire to support and care for its members.


Challenge :

Create an experience that demonstrated Bupa’s purpose, values and behaviours in an environment that physically expressed the brand identity and strategy.


Solution :

The Brand Institute organised a retail study tour across California to collect and collate best practice, customer-centric experiences and environments. From these insights, along with extensive local market research, The Brand Institute in collaboration with Public Design Group designed a market-leading health insurance experience and a tier one service environment.
