As part of a holistic strategic shift, in 2015 NAB reviewed its brand position in an effort to become more meaningful and relevant to its customers.

Find a strategic direction that carried the established sentiment of the organisation while informing the market of its new, more human essence.

 

Solution :

A series of research and consulting initiatives that led to a salient position from which to build a communications platform. In addition, NAB invested in developing resources that streamlined communication and ensured consistency across all touchpoints.
